| 摘 要： | 伴随温州民营经济发展而日益增长的温州民间信用资金，正在形成独立的资金财团，其资金流动受不同市场收益率的指引，而不受政府刚性的利率政策约束。应加快我国金融体制改革，建立民营企业信用机制，开发多样化的融资产品，建立多种类型、不同风格的投资基金，通过市场之间的不平衡来分流社会资金，从而把民间信用纳入我国产业经济发展的融资轨道。

| Abstract: | Wenzhou private capital is increasing and independent with Wenzhou private capital economy.Because of variety rate in market,the rate policy of government is not vestrict them.So,it is necessary to reform the finance system inside,to found the credit system,to develop varied finance products,and to establish different investment funds.The funds be divided to flow in different markets with unbalance rate,folk credit will be bring into financing for economic development. |
