A Comparative Analysis of the "Relieving Institutions for Import"

In international trade, anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and protecting measure are three relieving institutions, also called "Relieving Institutions for Import", which play an important role in the regulations of foreign trade seen in various countries and specific stipulations are set up in the law systems of the WTO. The paper first touches upon the disparities among the three institutions and then discusses the current situation and the problems confronted by the Chinese enterprises in this aspect. It concludes with some su-ggestions and countermeasures.
