| 摘 要： | 本文在对团队知识资本和团队社会资本的概念、构成与测度进行分析和探讨的基础上,初步确定了团队知识资本结构模型,并给出了一个更加完善的团队社会资本结构模型,进而通过分析知识资本、社会资本与研发团队有效性之间的关系,建立了三者的关系模型,并提出相应的理论假设。
