发展非农就业 提高城市化水平

我国城市化发展水平滞后于经济发展水平,城市化率远低于非农就业比重,待城市化人口大量存在。要促进城市化水平进一步提高,必须调整产业结构,加快服务业发展;提高农民工收入,支持劳动密集型产业发展;改革户籍管理制度,建立健全适合我国城市化特点的社会保障制度。

Developing non agriculture employment and improving urbanization level

The level of country′s urbanization development lags in the economic development, the urbanization rate is far lower than the non-agricultural employment proportion, and the population being urbanized exists massively. To promote the urbanized lever to further enhance, we should adjust the industrial structure, speed up service industry development; enhances the peasant laborer income, supports the labor concentrated industry development; reform household register control system, establishes and perfect the social security systems which suit our country urbanization.
