| 摘 要： | 随着农民生活水平提高,在解决了人畜饮水困难以后,普及农村自来水已逐步成为农民的迫切要求。目前,农业节水进度远不适应日趋严重的干旱缺水形势,必须加大节水工作力度,进一步提高用水效率。
