| 摘 要： | “住有所居”是中共十七届三中全会提出建设社会主义新农村所要实现的社会发展目标之一。本文用大量统计数据分析了新疆农村改革开放30年来，特别是进入新世纪以来，新疆农村居民住房建设步伐加快的缘由及农村住房建设取得的成绩。但从新疆农村区域内部以及与全国、西部地区农村的平均水平比较来看，新疆农村住房建设水平及住宅配套设施改善还有待进一步提高，新疆农村住房建设任重道远。

| Abstract: | The third session of the 17th CPPC has put forward the aims to build the socialist new countryside, which includes house building. The paper analyzes the reasons for accelerating rural house building and achievements made in this field in Xin- jiang during the rural reform and opening up in Xinjiang based on the statistics and data. However, compared with other provinces in China, there is much to be done in improving its construction level and accessory facility. |
