International Comparative Research on Credit Repair

In the social credit system,the credit repair mechanism is a new way to correct and rebuild the credit of the subject who breaks faith,and is an organic composition of credit punishment.By combing the definition,principle,object and function of credit repair,this paper compares and analyzes the credit repair mechanism of the United States,Britain,South Korea and China from the aspects of credit repair legislation,bad information preservation,objection and complaint handling mechanism,and the establishment of credit repair institutions.At the same time,it analyzes the specific practices of the United States and Britain in credit repair supervision,the United States and South Korea and China in integrity education,South Korea and China in credit assistance,and then puts forward the problems to be solved urgently in China's credit repair.We should explore the establishment of credit repair standards and mechanisms from the aspects of speeding up credit repair legislation,improve the credit repair mechanism,cultivate credit repair institutions,and enrich the credit repair methods from national level,so as to facilitate the construction of social credit system to be more systematic and standardized.
