Research on the Development and Supervision of Credit Rating Market under the Condition of Opening up

Since 2017,China’s credit rating market has begun to accelerate its opening-up,and the competition pattern among institutions in China’s credit rating market will certainly produce new changes,and the level of credit rating will be effectively improved.Under the condition of opening up,China’s credit rating supervision should draw lessons from the experience of the United States,and focus on the problems such as the insufficient level of regulatory legal system construction,financial security risk and interest conflict.Therefore,we should speed up the construction of supporting systems such as the“Interim Measures for the Management of Credit Rating Industry”;consummate the market exit mechanism and strengthen the integrated management of credit rating agencies;strengthen the construction of reputation constraint mechanism and give play to the role of market selection;constructing diversified paying models to alleviate conflict of interest;and promoting cross-border cooperation in credit rating supervision and strengthening compliance management of rating process.
