杨房沟水电站f27断层蚀变带化学灌浆试验研究

摘    要:杨房沟水电站f27断层蚀变带具有透水率小、声波测速值低的特点,不满足拱坝基础及防渗要求,采用水泥灌浆注入率非常低,必须进行化学灌浆处理。笔者围绕化学灌浆材料选择、灌浆工艺、施工技术展开研究,通过试验表明,化学灌浆对蚀变带的防渗及声波均有明显改善,其研究成果可为类似工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:The f27fault alteration zone of Yangfanggou Hydropower Station has the characteristics of low water permeability and low acoustic velocity,which does not meet the anti-seepage requirements for arch dam foundation.Cement grouting is of very low grouting rate and chemical grouting treatment must be carried out.Focusing on selection of chemical grouting materials,studying on grouting technology and construction technology,this paper,through experiments,shows that chemical grouting obviously improves the anti-seepage ability and sound wave of the fault alteration zone.Findings of this study can be used as a reference for similar projects.
