基于区块链技术的共享住宿信用体系建设研究

住宿业是受共享经济影响相对较早也较深的产业之一。近年来,以共享型住宿为代表的非标准化住宿业蓬勃发展,我国共享住宿行业竞争格局已见雏形。与此同时,我国共享住宿还存在着虚假房源、信用审核不严格、刷单及恶评、市场信用信息共享不足等问题,亟须建立共享住宿的信用体系,推动我国共享住宿规范、可持续、健康发展。区块链借助密码学、共识算法和分布式存储技术,组合出一种新的数据共享方式,通过数据的公开透明、去中心化、不可篡改和集体维护等措施,降低整个系统的信息不对称性,从而促成新的信任机制。区块链技术的发展为共享住宿信用体系的构建提供了一种新的思路。针对共享住宿存在的信用问题,结合区块链技术的特点和发展现状,重构共享住宿交易双方的信任机制,解决共享住宿的信用缺失痛点,建立共享住宿信用体系的框架和实现路径。

Study on the Credit System Construction of Blockchain-based Co-living

The accommodation industry is one of the industries that is relatively early and deeply affected by the sharing economy.In recent years,the non-standardized accommodation industry represented by co-living has flourished and the competitive landscape of China’s co-living industry has taken shape.Meanwhile,China’s co-living is still faced with the problems of fake housing listing,lax credit review,and fake orders,intentional bad comments and insufficient sharing of market credit information,etc.Therefore,it is in urgent need to establish a kind of credit system on co-living to promote the standardized,sustainable,and sound development of this industry.Blockchain makes use of cryptography,consensus algorithm,and distributed storage technology to combine a kind of new data sharing method which reduces the information asymmetry of the overall system and promotes the birth of a new trust mechanism through the openness,transparency,decentralization,immutability,and collective maintenance of the data.The development of blockchain technology has provided a new kind of thinking for the construction of co-living credit system.In response to the credit problems of co-living and combined with the characteristics and status quo of blockchain technology,this article reconstructs the trust mechanism between the two parties of co-living transactions,solves the problem of lack of credit in co-living industry,and establish the framework and implementation paths for co-living credit system.
