| 摘 要： | 研究性教学在教学过程中通过对学生的引导、鼓励,帮助他们发现问题、分析问题及解决问题,对于创新型人才的培养及高校的发展具有重要作用。基于对研究性教学内涵的分析,提出了高校在实施研究性教学的过程中所存在的问题,并从管理者、教师和学生三个方面给出了完善高校实施研究性教学的相应对策。
