Abstract: | Among the independent brands in the commercial vehicle business, the level of after-sales services of Dongfeng liuzhou motor are particularly concerned by consumers. It ranked last in the list of the after-sales service level feedback survey of 2011 commercial vehicle enterprises, and a number of consumer complaints against its poor after-sales services also depressed Dongfeng liuzhou motor. |
