基于合作教育（CO-OP）的公共关系应用型人才培养模式研究——以美国陶森大学公共关系合作教育为例

合作教育是培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质人才而行之有效的一种方式,也是适应国家经济发展的一种教育管理模式。本文以美国陶森大学公共关系合作教育为例,用实证研究方法,从教学模式、教育管理两方面探讨了公共关系应用型人才的培养模式,以给国内公共关系教育提供经验借鉴。

A Research on the Mode of Nurturing Applied Talents in Public Relationship Based on Co-op Education ——Based on the Example of Co-op Education in Towson University

Co -opeducation is an effective approach to cultivate creative and practical talents, and is an educational mode to suit with economic development. In the aspects of teaching model and education management,this paper takes CO-OP education in Towson University in US as an example to probe into the applied talents nurturing mode of public relations, for reference of experience in public relationship education in China.
