摘    要:和谐管理理论提出至今已有20年时间,已初步形成了一套理论体系并为众人所接受。将这一理论用来研究世博会的和谐管理模式,以“可引导人”的假设为出发点,推进世博会相关利益均衡与和谐共赢。

Abstract:Harmonious management theory has been brought forward 20 years ago. Start from this theory, this paper creatively gives the Hypothesis of Guiding-could People, and deeply analyzed the characters of Guiding-could People and the factors which affect the behavior of them. Based on these, the paper discussed the pattern of hexie management on the expo according to the theme, demand and content of the Shanghai Expo.
