| 摘 要： | 该文通过对房屋空置率和近年来房地产信贷增长比率的分析,指出目前我国房地产存在过热的倾向,商业银行房地产贷款在信用、流动性、房屋空置等方面存在的风险,并针对房地产信贷存在的问题提出了相应的解决策略及方法。
