煤层瓦斯抽放封孔工艺研究与应用

摘    要:针对突出煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔现场存在的技术难题,以钻孔封孔技术理论为指导。以天荣一矿为研究背景,比较和研究了几种常见的封孔工艺,在井下现场实施过程中,进一步优化了封孔施工工艺。研究结果表明:保证了封孔质量,有效提高了瓦斯抽放浓度。

Abstract:In view of the technical problem in outburst coal seam gas extraction drilling and sealing site, guided by driUing and sealing technology theory, and taking Tianrong No.1 Mine as the research background, some common hole sealing techniques are compared and studied in this paper. In downhole site implementation process, the sealing construction technology is further improved. The research results show that the sealing quality is ensured and the gas drainage concentration is effectively improved.
