| 摘 要： | 通过对某村实地调查,表明当前农村卫生存在村卫生室基本医疗设备配备不足、乡村医生医疗水平偏低、村卫生室环境有待改善,并提出如下建议:推进村卫生室标准化建设、加强乡村医生的教育培养、改善乡村医生的服务态度、加强乡村医生的选聘以及提升农村公共卫生服务水平。

| Abstract: | By carrying on the field survey in Niejia village, it can reflect that the current village clinics is short of the basic medical equipment, the medical level of village physicians is relatively low, and the condition of village clinics needs to be improved. Furthermore, the paper proposes the following suggestions： promoting the standard construction of village clinics, strengthening the education training, selection and employment of village physicians, and improving the service attitude of village physicians and the level of public health service. |
