| Abstract: | New situation requires more for high-skilled talents. This paper analyzes the current situation of high-skilled talents training in higher vocational colleges： students＂ weak foundation, low level of double-role teachers in quality and quantity, limitation of training base condition, etc., aiming to further explore the new method for high-skilled talents training in higher vocational colleges in the new period. |
