| Abstract: | In this paper, the non-core business processes in organization are divided into three types： critical type, supporting type and general type. Then, the outsourcing supplier evaluation system including qualification dimension, capability dimension and cooperation dimension is established, and the suitable indicators for every type of non-core business processes are presented. |
