| 摘 要： | 高职教育要求学生除了掌握专业能力以外,还应具有人才市场所要求的方法能力和社会能力,全面掌握职业能力才能够在当前就业形势严峻的形势下提高学生的就业竞争力。本文从分析职业技能的内涵和培养职业技能的必要性出发,分析了提高高职学生的职业能力培养途径。

| Abstract: | In addition to grasp professional competence, vocational education also requires students have methods and social skills that required by talent market. Only fully grasp the professional competence, can improve students＇ employability and competitiveness in the current grim employment situation. Starting with the necessity analysis about the connotation and cultivation of professional skills, this paper analyzes connotation measures for improving the professional competence of vocational students. |
