自然保护区从业人员对工作的认知研究

摘    要:通过对广西林业系统自然保护区从业人员工作情况的实地调查,经t检验和因子分析得出,工作评价集中在职业发展、生活需要和工作素质3个方面,并且随着从业人员性别、年龄、受教育程度等个体差异而存在显著差异。总的来看,从业人员无论是数量还是质量都与自然保护区的实际需要有较大差距,需要引起有关部门的重视。

Abstract:It is very important to research on working appraisement cognition of practitioners to improve administrative level in nature reserves.Based upon a survey on the practitioners of forest nature reserves across Guangxi,this study investigated the indices of working appraisement cognition.The results out of t test and factor analysis demonstrated that the appraisement concentrated on"occupation development","life need"and"work quantity".Statistical differences among demographical characteristics,such as gender,age,education were also examined and identified.On the whole,there is a big gap between the need of nature reserve and quantity and quality of the practitioners which should be paid attention to by pertinent organization.
