新疆特色农牧民专业合作经济组织机制创新

通过分析新疆农牧民专业合作经济组织的运行机制，得出新疆农牧民专业合作经济组织存在财务运行出现异化、组织运行不规范、人才及会员培养机制缺乏以及服务机制不健全等问题；同时结合新疆农牧民专业合作经济组织相关政策现状，提出了新疆特色农牧民专业合作经济组织创新机制，主要包括合作经济组织的财务与组织的运行、人才培养、服务四个方面的机制创新。

Mechanism Creation of specialized Cooperative Economic Organization between Farmer and Herdsman in Xinjiang

On basis of analysing the operating mechanism of specialized Cooperative Economic Organization between Farmer and Herdsman in Xinjiang,this paper come to the conclusion that there are some problems of Cooperative Economic Organization between Farmer and Herdsman in Xinjiang,such as the finance operation appears alienation,the organization operation operating is not standard,lacking training mechanism of the members and service mechanism is not perfect etc. Considering the current situation of the policy in relation to Cooperative Economic Organization in Xinjiang,this paper advanced Cooperative Economic Organization＇s creative mechanism which has distinguishing feature and mainly includes four aspects：mechanism creation in finance and organization operation ,training and service.
