| 摘 要： | "产业七寸"不仅是产业链中科技含量最高的环节,而且是原始创新的关键环节,这一环节是某一国家、地区产业发展水平的标志.纺织工业的"七寸"环节就是高档面料、先进纺织机械的研发和生产制造.掌握"产业七寸"环节是我国从纺织大国走向"纺织强国"的必然选择,也是我国纺织品出口从根本上规避技术贸易壁垒的必由之路.因此,要促使企业成为纺织技术创新的主体,掌握"产业七寸"环节这一产业"制高点",带动纺织工业升级.
