摘    要:中小OEM企业在金融危机中首当其冲地受到了冲击。除了由危机引起的市场需求下降之外,企业一直以来以低劳动力成本为核心的战略成为难以为继的主要原因。文章认为,企业需要转变战略思路,抓住国内外市场机会,选择适宜的战略提升实力,内外兼修地谋求更深远的发展。

Abstract:Small and medium-sized OEM enterprises were influenced greatly in financial crisis. Besides reduction of market demand, labor-orientated strategy which the enterprises employed consistently is another key reason. To swift the way of strategic thought, grasp the new market opportunities, develop suitable strategy to increase competitive competence, and plan for sustainable development is essential for those enterprises.
