民办高校构建和谐校园的若干思考

民办高校与公办高校相比有着显著的特殊性,正确处理和谐与发展的关系,对于民办高校来说,既是当务之急,又是长远之计。对此,应从构建教育主体的和谐、构建校园文化的和谐、构建学科生态的和谐、构建人与自然的和谐四个方面,厘清民办高校构建和谐校园的思路,进而推进民办高校的内涵建设、提升其人才培养的高度,使之真正成为构建社会主义和谐社会的动力之源。
