安顺市西秀区农地流转中业主经营存在的问题和对策

农地流转可以优化农地资源配置,促进农民增收和土地可持续利用。目前西秀区农地流转中业主经营受到信息传导不畅、缺乏中介等问题影响较大。该文通过对西秀区农地流转的相关影响因素进行调研,分析其原因,并提出对策。

roblems Existing in Owner Management during Farmland Transfer in Xixiu District of Anshun City and Some Counter Measures

Farmland transfer can not only improve the disposal efficiency of the limited land resources,but also help to increase farmers’ income and make the sustainable utilization of land.At present,the owner management during the transfer of the contractual right of land in Xixiu District is influenced by the impeded conduction of information,lack of resonance,etc.Through investigation and study on the relative factors influencing farmland circulation in Xixiu District,this paper puts forward counter measures and analyzes the cause which are based on the survey and analysis of those major factors.
