高职“法律基础”课教学改革初探

法律基础课是高职思想政治教育课的重要课程,教学效果和教学质量却一直不太理想,究其原因是多方面的,主要是领导重视不够、教学形式单一、教学方法单调、教学材料陈旧、缺少实践教学等因素造成的。因此,改革法律基础课的教学成为当务之急。文章认为丰富教学内容,改进教学方法和形式,引入案例教学是改革必经之道,同时借助社会这个大舞台通过多种渠道加强实践教学也是当务之急。

A Brief Study Of Teaching Reform On the Course of Law Basic in Higher Vocational Education

Law basic course is the essential means through which college students are educated and modeled in ideology.But the effect has not been good.The cause is various: lack of leader's attention,the dull of the teaching method,the old of the teaching materials and lack of practical exercises.So,reform is absolutely necessary.We suggest that richening teaching contents,reforming teaching method and introducing more law cases into teaching are crucial in the teaching reform.
