| 摘 要： | 传统的重、轻工业部门两分法，既不能准确地反映现代工业的结构关系，也不能准确反映先进生产力的发展规律和重点。根据各工业部门与先进生产力的关系，可将工业部门划分为创造先进生产力的装备制造业和运用先进生产力的加工业两大类，其中加工业可进一步划分为重加工业和轻加工业。这有利于我们科学地理解工业部门的内部关系，特别是与先进生产力的关系，也有利于国家自主战略的顺利实施和推进。
