基本药物配送路径优化新思路

鉴于当前基药配送中的关键问题，提出了优化方案。方案中，针对某一区域各基层对基药差异悬殊的需求量，进行了配比，一次配送和二次配送结合下实现了路径的优化，运输模型的建立和求解实现了成本的最低，有效地提高了医药物流企业基药配送的既得利润和行业积极性，对省内“统一配送”基药模式的改革和创新具有参考意义。

A New Design for Distribution Route Optimization of Essential Drugs ---Based on Empirical Study of X Logistics Company

Given the key issues in the current distribution of essential drugs, we put forward an optimization scheme. In this scheme, the disparities of essential drug demand of each grass-roots unit in a certain area have heen proportioned; the route has been optimized under the combination of primary distribution and secondary distribution; the lowest cost has been achieved by es- tablishing and solving the transportation model. It will effectively the industry enthusiasm, then provide a reference for the reform our province improve the vested profit of essential drugs distribution and raise and innovation of the ＂unified distribution＂ of essential drugs inour province.
