外部经济:我国农产品贸易保护的新视角

外部经济是产业水平上的规模经济 ,是单个生产主体降低成本、提高效率的重要渠道。本文从农产品贸易的角度 ,论述了充分发挥外部经济有助于提高农产品的国际竞争力 ,出口外部经济效果显著的农产品会极大地改善本国的福利水平。基于此 ,笔者主张从培植外部经济的角度保护我国的农产品贸易 ,并提出了相关的政策建议 ,以期促进我国农产品贸易的发展。

External Economy:A New View on the Protection of China''''s Agricultural Products Trade

External economy is a kind of industrial- level scale economy, which is an important way for a single producer to low his costs and to improve his efficiency. On the basis of the agricultural product exports, this paper points out that external economy is helpful to improve the international competitiveness of agricultural products. Exporting agricultural products with significant external economy can increase our welfare. So the writer believes that we should foster the external economy. Some relevant advice is also provided in order to protect and stimulate export of China's agricultural products.
