| 摘 要： | 文章对我国目前农村集体产权制度变革的方式进行了剖析,否定土地等主要农业生产资料私有化、国有化观点,揭示继续坚持农村集体产权制度的必要性和现实意义。通过在集体产权实现方式层面进行制度创新设计,来解决农村集体产权制度现存的主要问题。
