| 摘 要： | 从定价的有效性原理的视角，重新对管输定价进行了思考，把管输运价的制定分为四类，通过对有效性原理在管输运价中运用的考察，分析管输定价方法的有效性，形成基于有效性的定价机制，将管输定价置于提高管输效率、促进管输业发展的目标之下，为选择管输定价模式、定价方法提供一种新的思路。
