| 摘 要： | 科技法和网络法研究的前提是网络时代经济利益关系的变动趋势。这种变动趋势体现在八个方面 :精神利益与物质利益关系的变动 ,全局利益与局部利益格局的变革 ,国家间利益关系的变动 ,新型产业与传统产业间的利益关系变动 ,企业间利益关系的变迁 ,个人间利益关系的变动 ,中央与地方利益格局的变动以及国家与社会之间利益关系的变动。
