| Abstract: | The a little bit appreciation of Renminbi against the US dollar seems not to fluctuate the real estate market as expected.However,the speculation crisis may still exist.To ensure the healthy development of the real estate sector,government should conduct the Renminbi exchange rate reform stably,strengthen the supervision on hot money and lead people to form a reasonable anticipation. |
