| Abstract: | Industrial clusters played an important role in the development of regional economic and the improvement of regional economic competitiveness. In this paper, using the industrial clusters theory to analysis the status quo of Zhejiang packaging industry cluster, and against the existing problems of industrial clusters in the process of upgrading, put forward some specific suggestions how to foster industrial clusters of continuous innovation advantage from the government's point of view. |
