| Abstract: | During the War of Resistance against Japan, the rural base areas builded a lot of water project to develop the cultivated land irrigation to solve the economic difficuty. The article discuss the water project, water technology and the water achievement of the base areas. It discuss the influence of the water project of the base areas. The article study the water build of the base areas during the War of Resistance against Japan. |
