| 摘 要： | 研究目的:对湖南省城市土地节约集约利用水平进行测度,并针对所存在的问题,提出解决措施,推动湖南两型社会的建设。研究方法:文献资料法、主成份分析法和聚类分析法。研究结果:湖南省城市土地节约集约利用水平差异显著,近年来,湖南城市土地节约集约水平有较大幅度的提高。研究结论:通过加大耕地保护、加强土地利用规划、注重生态环境建设、土地内涵挖潜、提高土地利用强度等措施促进城市土地节约集约利用。

| Abstract: | The purpose of the paper is to measure the level of saving and intensive utilization of Hunan Province,to promote the construction of Hunan,two-oriented society.Methods of documentation,principal component analysis,and cluster analysis were employed.The results indicate that varied level in different cities,and from 2002 to 2008,the urban land use intensity had increased greatly.It is concluded that,the increased protection of farmland,strengthening land use plan,focusing on the ecological environment,land-... |
