摘    要:通过文献阅读与调查研究遴选衡量科技资源配置现状的相关指标,首先,运用聚类分析对江苏各地级市科技资源配置状况进行Q型聚类,初步呈现各样本城市科技资源分布状况。其次,通过对应分析揭示导致省内各市上述分布背后指标变量“地形”所起的幕后作用。最后,阐述近年来江苏科技资源配置变化趋势,提出优化江苏科技资源配置策略建议。

Abstract:Select relevant indicators to measure the current state of scientific and technological resources allocation by literature reading and investigation researching, Firstly, Q based clustering is used to analyze the allocation of science and technology resources in Jiangsu cities,therefore,the urban distribution of each sample was initially presented;then, through the correspondence analysis, it reveals the behind the scenes role of the index variable terrain which effects the urban distribution of the sample. Discover the trend of Jiangsu science and technology resource allocation in recent years, some suggestions for optimizing the allocation of science and technology resources in Jiangsu were put forward.
