| 摘 要： | 基础设施建设对促进城市经济增长具有实质性的重要作用.论述了基础设施投资促进经济增长的影响机制,并指出适应城市经济增长应选择最佳的基础设施发展模式,以及实现基础设施投资对经济增长的促进应满足的前提条件和所要采取的若干相应措施.
