| 摘 要： | 财政政策和货币政策是政府宏观调控的两大工具。在一个开放的经济条件下,政府必须选择一个稳定化的政策来实现本国经济的内部和外部均衡。本文试以芒德尔—弗莱明模型为框架,具体分析在不同汇率制度下,各种宏观调控政策的有效性,并以中国为例,进行了实证研究。
