| Abstract: | In a comprehensive analysis of the circulation of collective forest tenure reform problems left over by history,on the basis of the main introduction of Fujian,Jiangxi,Guangdong,Heilongjiang and other places of the main measures taken,and then the paper put forward a proper handling of forest transfer problems left over by history of "respect for history,take into account the reality and pay attention to consultation,adjust benefits"principle and classified properly solve those problems. |
