| 摘 要： | 生态工业是一种旨在促进资源、环境和经济协调的发展模式,此模式得以顺利运行的关键因素是生态产业链的形成与稳定。本文认为上下游企业间合作是生态产业链形成的微观基础和保障,与以经济利益为目标的"经济人"相比,生态效益目标的追求更利于上下游企业间在废物利用中的合作。本文通过上下游企业间的动态非对称信息讨价还价模型的构建和分析,对这一命题进行了理论证明,并以大连开发区生态产业链为例进行实证分析,以期为促进循环经济的顺利实施提供一个有效的发展思路。

| Abstract: | Circular economy,as a latest mode of economy developing,is to realize the harmoniousness among resources,environments and development of economy.The key of circular economy is the establishment and stabilization of eco-industrial chain.The research indicates that enterprise cooperation between upstream and downstream firms is micro-foundation of the establishment of eco-industrial chain.By establishing and analyzing the dynamic asymmetry model,this paper proves the theoretic hypothesis,which eco-efficiency is more effective in driving enterprise cooperation,compared with the"economic man" aiming merely the profits.And then taking the establishment of Dalian's eco-industrial chain for the example,this paper does the empirical study,in order to bring forward an effective policy direction. |
