中国金融业混业经营监管体制问题研究

中国现阶段实行的分业监管模式显然已经缺乏发展的基础，从前瞻的角度看，分业监管模式在防范，化解金融风险，维护金融业有序发展的监管功能面临弱化的处境。对当前的中国，选择适当的金融监管模式，对金融有效监管显得尤为重要。

Research about the supervision system of Chinese financial mixed-operation management

The current mode of our separate regulation is apparently lack of development foundation. At the point of foresight view, the separate regulation mode is facing the situation that the supervising function of defending and resolving financial risk is becoming weaker. And the mode doesn＇t work well in keeping financial regulated growth. At present, it appears more important for China to choose an appropriate financial supervision and enforce efficient supervision.
