| 摘 要： | 随着越来越多的企业对集成的物流解决方案的需求不断增长和传统物流行业的竞争日趋激烈，越来越多的第三方物流企业将向供应链方向转型。为顺应供应链的发展，第三方物流企业要加强社会资源整合，还要应用现代物流技术，融合信息流，提高人员素质，使供应链管理更加科学。

| Abstract: | More and more logistics enterprises need integrating solution of logistics, which leads the narrow competition among traditional logistics enterprises. So, more and more 3rd-party logistics enterprises needed to serve supply-chain management. To comply with the development of supply-chain management, the 3rd-party logistics enterprises should integrate the present resources of logistics, use modern technology of logistics, integrate information flow and improve staffs＇ quality to cause the supply-chain management to he more scientific. |
