| 摘 要： | 恶劣气候对道路交通安全畅通有着巨大影响,与交通事故的发生之间也存在着许多内在的联系。研究恶劣气候与交通安全之间的内在联系,采取有针对性的预防措施,从而消除恶劣气候对交通安全的消极影响,对于预防和减少交通事故有着十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Atrocious weather exerts great impact on traffic unblocking and safety, and has many internal relations with frequencies of traffic accidents. Research on the relation and taking preventive measures could eliminate negative effect on traffic safety owing to atrocious weather, which makes important sense to prevention and decrease of traffic accidents. |
