| 摘 要： | 发生雪灾、地震等巨灾后,快速地将救灾设备以及药品、日用品等运往灾区可以最大程度降低灾害带来的损失。本文尝试通过分析美国、日本对待地震等巨灾发生前后物流管理的经验,以期为国内救灾物流管理提供参考。
