| 摘 要： | 在社会主义的中国发展个体私营经济一直以来是非常敏感的问题。中国共产党执政以来,对其发展也是从肯定到否定,从逐渐放任自由发展到鼓励支持发展的几经转变。比较几代领导集体对个体私营经济发展的思想,我们可以更加深刻理解今天有关私营经济发展的政策,也对社会主义市场经济有了更加深刻的认识。建国60周年来临之际,梳理个体私营经发展政策,我们有理由相信,在社会主义制度的中国发展壮大私营经济决不会导致资本主义,而只能使社会主义制度更加完善和巩固。
