| 摘 要： | 构建和谐社会的核心是实现人与人及人与自然的和谐相处和协调发展。现实社会的不和谐主要源于人类欲望的无限扩张和资源总量的有限供应之间的矛盾,这使得资源的优化配置成为促进社会和谐的关键。由于明晰的产权是资源优化配置的前提,因此体现资源产权关系的资源所有制便是构建和谐社会的产权基础。
