高职院校学生软技能培养的研究与实践

高职院校以培养高素质的复合型人才为目标,学生不仅要掌握扎实的专业知识和过硬的专业技术,还应具备相应的职业意识、职业道德、社会责任感、人格能力及社会能力等。培养学生的软技能,就要从改革课程体系、教学模式、教学手段,增强教师的职业能力,改革传统的考核方式等方面入手。

Study and Practice of the Soft Skills Training for Higher Vocational Colleges' Students

Higher vocational colleges targets at the cultivation of high quality versatile talents.In this case,students have to not only seize sound professional knowledge and technical skills,but also be equipped with the related vocational consciousness, professional virtue,social responsibility,social capability and moral quality.To cultivate students' soft skills,we should start with reforming course system,teaching modes and means,traditional assessment ways and improving teachers professional capability.
