摘    要:随着改革的不断深入,国有企业已经逐步摆脱计划经济的束缚,回归企业的本质,成为市场竞争的主体。企业必须通过建立有效的部门执行力管理体系,提升关键岗位员工的执行力,培养员工的执行素质,并以此总结出一套符合本部门特点的执行力控制方法和管理工具,以保证企业立于不败的地位。
